Mindfulness is all about being aware of whatever is arising and paying attention to ourselves, others and the world around us. As everything is constantly changing the art of the practice is to stay aware of each passing part without getting stuck in it.

Once a month Cathy will be teaching an hour and a half mindful practice in Studio72. The aim of the practice is to bring the focus back into yourself and back in to the present moment. It will consist of a long slow continuous vinyasa flow as a way to practice this mindful mediation as movement, followed by a seated guided mediation. The cost is €15. Booking essential.
