In this 3 hour workshop you will learn techniques that will show you how to lower your stress levels and improve your energy through the daily practice of Mindfulness.
This workshop will teach you how to improve both your energy and concentration levels while reducing your stress levels..
Rather than spending time and energy battling against reality you will learn how to positively interact with your reality.
Mindfulness does not change your reality directly, but it does give you the power to change your relationship with it. And in doing that, it can change everything.
By learning how to practice mindfulness you develop neural pathways in the brain, this will help you to become more fully focused in the moment. By destroying negative emotions that no longer serve you, you will be able to adapt to any situation that you find yourself in. Every experience is a lesson and you should learn to accept it and live in the moment.
When you can do this you will no longer feel angry, frustrated or annoyed. You will be stress free, happy and filled with positive energy. When you find inner peace your life and work will become much more fluid and enjoyable.
