Studio 72, is a friendly studio, offering a variety of pilates and yoga classes that cater for everyone. We have classes for expectant mothers in both yoga and Pilates, Mum and baby yoga classes, a full range of different pilates and yoga classes for adults and also post natal classes. There is really something for the whole family!
