Details

Mat based Pilates class, at times using small pieces of equipment to aid or enhanse the exersizes or to increase the challenge.

 

Prerequisites: Pilates fitness class, suitable for all levels (mixed level)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A deposit must be paid to secure your place on the block.  Blocks must be paid in full by the start of the new block.  Blocks are not refundable.  Part blocks cannot be purchased.  Blocks cannot be shared with another person.  Blocks are not extendable.

If the block has started then full payment for the remaining weeks must be paid to secure a place.

Baby friendly Post Natal Pilates class.  

 

NO CLASS ST.PATRICKS DAY 17th MARCH

Prerequisites: Medical clearance must be given to attend this Post Natal Pilates class. You must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post c section.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand that to attend the Post Natal Pilates clas I must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post C-section delivery.  I have medical clearance to exercise and attend this class.  I understand that whilst every care will be taken to give safe instructions, I accept full responsibility and consider myself fit to exercise. I recognise that Pilates require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am aware of the risks and hazards involved, I attend the Pilates class at my own risk and that I am responsible for my own belongings.

I understand that should any circumstances in my help and fitness change, I am responsible for advising the Pilates instructor.

I understand that I should stop exercising if I experience any of the following signs;

vaginal bleeding, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, calf pain, amniotic fluid leakage.
