I understand that I should stop exercising if I experience any of the following signs;

vaginal bleeding, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, calf pain, amniotic fluid leakage.

The 21st December is the Winter Solstice and the shortest day of the year and a day when we celebrate the longest hours of darkness or the rebirth of the sun. This day is believed to hold a powerful energy for regeneration, renewal and self-reflection. On this day we will honour this special energy by practicing a class that is both yin and yang to bring balance to our bodies as we honour the light and the dark within us. We will start with the light shining outside while we honour the darkness within with our yin practice and finish with a yang practice celebrating the light within while its dark outside.
